It seems as though the universe wanted Erin + Dan to be together. I’ve known Dan since our days back at St. Charles Borromeo when we were just little kids without a care in the world. Fast forward twenty-some years, and I ran into Dan at Lollapalooza right before a big storm was about to hit. I had heard from our friend doing security that they were about to evacuate Grant Park, so I told Dan what was about to happen – so he left and went to his Aunt’s house. Enter fate.

Dan’s Cousin was dating Erin’s Brother, so they were all at the house waiting out the storm when Erin + Dan met for the first time. A month later, he asked her out – and went on a 3-day first date. They went to dinner, talked for hours, shopped at a flea market – and couldn’t stop being near each other. They were hooked. And as Dan’s heartfelt vows stated, just a few weeks later – he knew he was going to marry Erin.

Erin + Dan’s wedding was the perfect representation of themselves. It was laid back, beautiful, fun, and full of love. It was a scorching hot and humid day at Amber Oaks, but everything went along perfectly and it was the perfect day to celebrate and start their lives together. Congratulations to the happy-in-love newlyweds!
